As part of the State of Michigan’s new municipal finance requirements (the Economic Vitality Incentive Program, from Public Act 63 of 2011), the Village of Bellaire is pleased to provide two documents to the community; a dashboard and a citizen’s guide.
The Dashboard (a PDF file) gives a quick look at several measurements that tell residents how well the village government is performing in certain areas. Fiscal stability, economic strength, public safety, and quality of life are quantified in an easy-to-understand manner.

Citizen's Guide
The intent of the Citizen’s Guide is to provide a simple graphical presentation of the most important financial measures in a manner that can be easily understood. The Citizen’s Guide summarizes key financial trends, showing the village’s current fiscal health.
