MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order: Chairperson Drollinger called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM
Approval of Agenda:
Motion by Schuckel, seconded by Smith to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried by voice vote.
Approval of Minutes:
Motion by Schuckel, second by Smith to approve the minutes of the January 12, 2007 meeting as presented. Motion carried by voice vote.
Old Business
Cemetery Mowing- The committee received two bids for the cemetery mowing. One from Turf & Surf for $11,000 and from Jim Smith for $9,000. Both companies can provide liability insurance. After discussion the Committee is recommending that the Council accept the bid from J. Smith. Person will do a contract for the services and the pay schedule will be in thirds. This will save the budget around $6,000 and the budget will be redone to reflect the changes.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Drollinger to recommend to the Village Council that they accept the bid from J. Smith and approve the contract presented. Motion carried by voice vote
