Any required movement or relocation of a monument on a gravesite is $75.00.
Concrete Vaults are REQUIRED (Infant Size Vaults are Exceptions).
All Caskets must be placed in a concrete outer container.
All Headstones must be placed in the same direction.
Two box or jar size cremains are allowed per lot.
One vault size cremain is allowed per lot.
CEMETERY COMMITTEE: This committee consists of two members of the Village Council and the Forest Home Township Supervisor. They work together on matters concerning the cemetery including maintenance, rates and budgets. The members are:

Lakeview Cemetery: Compilation by William Seidenstucker of Clam Lake. This began as a search for the Powell Family burial sites and after finding incomplete records in township offices, decided to search the cemeteries, write down the names and dates on the tombstones. Dedicated to the John Powell family who arrived in Antrim County in 1864.
